Building the ecosystem around the idea

Great ideas are everywhere. What’s missing is the ecosystem to turn them into impact. Honored to be joining Impact Future Weekend 2026 Autumn as a speaker by WE ARE THE IMPACT , with Cognisor AI also coming on board as an ecosystem partner. At Cognisor AI , we believe the future of entrepreneurship depends on more than innovation alone. It requires connecting Technology, Talent, Customers, and Capital to help founders build, scale, and create meaningful impact. Behind the scenes at TEDx

Late update—but this is one worth sharing. @tedxinnovationu happened on March 28, and honestly, it was something special. What started as an idea turned into a full-scale experience, bringing together incredible minds, powerful stories, and a room full of energy. Personally, one of the biggest highlights for me was leading the volunteer team. Managing operations in a live event like this is never easy—things move fast, problems come up—but I was able to lead the team to make it smooth. Every single person stepped up, took ownership, and delivered beyond expectations. When Dr. Joe Hüg. trusted us(@cognisor.ai ) with this, we knew we had to deliver—and we did. With the dedication of Dr. Joe and the execution from our side, we pulled off one of the most impactful TEDx events in Tokyo. I had the chance to see everything up close—and what stood out most was Dr. Joe’s commitment. The way he brought together such diverse and inspiring speakers, aligned everything with a clear vision, and pushed through every challenge—it was intense, but inspiring at the same time. Also have to mention @mirfarhanmorshed —his work on Tedxinnovation U, specially on the website added a completely different dimension to the event. It wasn’t just a website with information; it made the whole experience feel more alive, more interactive, and more engaging for everyone attending. Also have to say thanks to the team: Eleale Tee, Shalimar McGinnis, Aiman Alkebsi, Md Ar Rafi Bin Hasan, Yujiro Arai, Ryan Yuen, Mairel Losaria, Udit Pradhan, Ryuju Saito. Also Huge appreciation to all the speakers as well—you made the event what it was. And of course, to everyone who attended—thank you. Your energy, your engagement, your presence—it turned this from just an event into something memorable. This is just the start. With the vision we’re building alongside Dr. Joe and the execution we’re driving at Cognisor AI, we’re aiming to take this further—more events, bigger impact, and stronger global connections. Let’s build something even bigger next.

Key points

  • Recognize the volunteer team and the organizer’s work bringing the event together.
  • Credit Farhan’s website contribution to the event’s digital experience.
  • Connect on-site execution, speaker stories and the information people needed before attending.

From Tokyo to Kyoto

From Tokyo to Kyoto, building stronger connections across Japan’s innovation ecosystem. 🇯🇵✨ IVS Kyoto 2026 brought together founders, startups, investors, builders, creators, and communities from Japan and around the world. For Cognisor AI, it was more than simply being part of one of Japan’s major startup gatherings.
